Where things stand
XStable presents itself as a stablecoin-settled exchange for real-world assets, built around an on-chain order book. The official site says it is building on Solana, is in public beta, and currently offers contracts on gold and silver, with plans for broader FX and real-world asset markets. Users connect a Web3 wallet and deposit USDT or USDC; the site states there is no registration or KYC.
The site lists backing that it describes as incubation support from the Solana Foundation and strategic investment from Amber Group, KuCoin Ventures and YZi Labs through its EASY Residency program. Separate press coverage reports that XStable has also added Sui support, but we have only third-party reports for that, so we list Solana as the chain.
There is no token yet. The Points page on xstable.ai describes an "XStable Points Campaign" that is coming soon, and its rules state that the program aims to reward loyal users through "the final token airdrop". That is a stated intention, not a published airdrop with a size, date or snapshot, so we classify XStable as potential.
The official site describes the user flow in four steps: connect a Web3 wallet, deposit funds, open a futures position with chosen leverage and margin, and withdraw. Prices are aggregated from oracles, and positions are managed by smart contracts that the site says are protected by a risk system it calls XGuard. Traders who automate can create API keys, with a recommendation to restrict each key to whitelisted IP addresses and never share it.
How the points are meant to work
The Points page says all trades made since 1 January 2026 will be fully counted toward points once the feature goes live, and that point data will update daily at 00:00 UTC. The listed categories include task points for completing daily trading requirements (described as check-in points) and trading points that grow with trading volume.
A note on the page says each category has its own weight to keep distribution balanced, that points may be adjusted to maintain fairness, and that displayed points may not reflect the final allocation. The rules end by stating that XStable reserves the final right of interpretation. No conversion rate, no allocation share and no anti-Sybil method are published.
In practice this means volume already traded may later turn into points, but neither the weightings nor the eventual token value can be estimated from official information.
- Trades since 1 January 2026 are to be counted.
- Categories include daily tasks and trading volume, with undisclosed weights.
- Points can be adjusted and may not match the final allocation.
Costs and risks
Leveraged trading on commodities and FX can lose money quickly, and chasing points with extra volume adds trading costs. The product is labelled as a public beta, which means features and rules may change. The site offers a demo credit for new users, which is a safer way to learn the interface before risking deposits, though demo activity is not stated to earn points.
Service is restricted in some regions for regulatory reasons, according to the site, and the restriction applies at the interface level. Check whether you are allowed to use the service where you live before depositing. Do not use a VPN to get around the restriction; besides breaking the terms, it can put any future reward at risk.
Because a token airdrop has been mentioned but not launched, expect fake XStable token pages and claim sites. The official domain is xstable.ai. Never share a seed phrase, never approve unlimited token spending for a site you reached through a direct message, and consider using a dedicated wallet with only the funds you plan to trade.
What to take from this drop
XStable is at an early stage: there is a live trading product and a written intention to run a points campaign leading to a token airdrop, but no tokenomics, timeline or detailed rules. That is a weaker signal than a project with a published allocation.
If you already trade gold or FX and are comfortable with the platform risks, past trades may count once points go live. If you would only trade to farm a possible airdrop, the absence of published terms makes that a speculative bet.
We will update this page when XStable launches the points campaign or publishes token details.
