What to do, in order

  1. Step 1

Open HertzFlow only from hertzflow.xyz and read the docs at hertzflow.gitbook.io before depositing

  2. Step 2

Practise on BNB testnet first using the in-app faucet, which sends test USDT once every 24 hours

  3. Step 3

If you deposit into the Genesis Vault, make each deposit at least 10 USDT so it qualifies for Merits

  4. Step 4

Keep Genesis Vault deposits for the full 90-day holding period, since early withdrawal removes the Merits boost on the withdrawn amount

  5. Step 5

Follow the official X account and docs for Season 2 Merits rules and any token news

Where things stand

HertzFlow is a perpetual futures platform deployed on BNB Smart Chain. Its site advertises leveraged trading on crypto, FX, commodities and stocks with up to 200x leverage, and its docs describe isolated per-market liquidity pools (HzLP) and multi-market vaults (HzV) where depositors act as the counterparty to traders. The project publishes a GitBook with technical and user docs, a GitHub organisation and an audit report.

Rewards on HertzFlow are tracked as Merits. The docs mention Merits in the context of the Genesis Vault, a pre-deposit event for mainnet liquidity, and the Genesis Vault site describes it as "Deposit, Earn Merits, Earn Yield". The same site now refers to Season 2 Merits tied to perpetuals trading for users on an early access list.

The docs do not say what Merits convert into. They do not confirm a HertzFlow token, a token generation date or an airdrop allocation. The privacy policy mentions that some data may be used to determine eligibility for programs, rewards or airdrops, but that is a general clause, not an announcement. We therefore list the status as potential.

How Merits are earned

For the Genesis Vault, the documented rules are short. Each deposit must be at least 10 USDT to earn Merits and any bonus rewards, and a smaller deposit does not start its 90-day holding clock. Withdrawing before 90 days removes the Merits boost tied to the withdrawn amount and, for deposits made in USD1, any WLFI bonus. The app warns before such a withdrawal and the action cannot be undone; the rest of the balance keeps its original timer.

A dedicated Season 1 rules page that the Genesis Vault site links to was no longer available when we checked, so we could not confirm deposit caps, boost multipliers or season dates from an official page. Figures circulating on aggregator sites should be treated as unverified.

For Season 2, the early access site says users on the list can trade perpetuals and earn S2 Merits. Neither the Merits rate for trading nor any Sybil rules are published in the docs.

  • Minimum 10 USDT per Genesis Vault deposit.
  • Hold 90 days to keep the Merits boost.
  • No published conversion from Merits to any token.

Costs and risks

Liquidity providers in HertzFlow pools take the other side of trader positions. The docs say LP yield comes from trading fees, borrow fees and trader losses, which means profitable traders reduce the value of HzLP and HzV tokens. During protective states the protocol can restrict new deposits and position openings, and markets can be disabled or delisted. Locking funds for 90 days for a boost means accepting that exposure for the full period.

Leveraged trading is the larger risk. High leverage can lead to fast liquidation, and the docs carry a risk warning that only capital you can afford to lose should be used. Trading purely to collect Merits can cost more than any unconfirmed reward.

Use only the official domains hertzflow.xyz, early.hertzflow.xyz and the HertzFlow GitBook. The docs state that HertzFlow never asks for private keys or seed phrases. Be wary of any HertzFlow token or claim page, since no token has been announced, and consider a separate wallet for DeFi deposits.

What to take from this drop

HertzFlow has a live product, public docs and an audit, and it runs a seasonal Merits program, which is a common precursor to a token. But the official material stops short of saying Merits will become a token allocation, and the Season 1 rules page is no longer published.

It also helps to understand the liquidity products before chasing Merits. According to the docs, a USDT deposit into a market pool mints HzLP tokens and is split evenly between long and short collateral reserves, while vault deposits mint HzV tokens. Deposits and withdrawals go through a request that holds funds in escrow until executed, requests can be cancelled for the cost of gas, and completed withdrawals settle instantly on-chain.

If you would provide liquidity or trade on HertzFlow anyway, Merits are an extra that may or may not turn into something. If the only reason to use it would be a hypothetical airdrop, the lack of published terms is a reason for caution.

We will update this page if HertzFlow publishes Merits conversion terms or announces a token.

HertzFlow airdrop questions

Is there a HertzFlow airdrop?

No airdrop or token has been officially announced. HertzFlow tracks rewards as Merits, but its docs do not define what Merits convert into.

What is the minimum Genesis Vault deposit for Merits?

The docs say each deposit must be at least 10 USDT to qualify for Merits and bonus rewards; smaller deposits earn no Merits.

What happens if I withdraw from the Genesis Vault early?

Withdrawing before the 90-day holding period ends removes the Merits boost, and any WLFI bonus for USD1 deposits, on the amount withdrawn.
