What qualified participants did
- Earned Grvt points across Rewards Season 1 and Season 2 through trading, open interest, liquidity, deposits and strategies
- Registered for the airdrop, accepted the terms and chose a receiving destination (Grvt, BSC or Ethereum) before the deadline
- Chose a Multiplier Plan by 17 July 2026 or stayed on the standard plan
- Received the first tranche at TGE and claimed later tranches in the Reward Portal within 30 days of each release
Where things stand
GRVT is an onchain trading and yield platform that, according to its Help Center, settles through a zkSync-based rollup to Ethereum. Its token generation event took place on 30 July 2026. The Help Center describes GRVT as a utility and membership token that unlocks benefits such as reduced trading fees and access to new products over time. The airdrop pool is fixed at 280,000,000 GRVT, divided between Season 1 and Season 2 shares.
The registration step is finished. Eligible users had to register, accept the airdrop terms and choose where to receive tokens, and the deadline was 6 August 2026 at 00:00 UTC. The official guide states that anyone who missed it forfeits the allocation and that the rule cannot be overridden. We list the project as ended for new participants. For users who did register, release is staged: the first tranche arrives at TGE and the rest over the following 12 months, so some claims remain possible within their own windows.
Third-party coverage gives different figures for total supply and pool size, so we use only the numbers in the official Help Center articles.
How eligibility worked
Season 1 ended on 22 September 2025 and used three point types: Trader Points, Ecosystem Points and LP Points, plus bonus rewards for earning badges consistently across epochs. Season 2 simplified this to a single type of Grvt point. A fixed weekly pool of points was shared among active users, and the pool grew with exchange volume; the docs give an example of 100,000 points emitted at 2 billion dollars of weekly volume and 125,000 at 4 billion. Points were emitted every Tuesday.
Season 2 weights were published as percentages of the weekly allocation: trading volume 50%, open interest 15%, liquidity provision 5%, liquidations 5%, and account value including strategy investments 5%, with the remaining 20% tied to invite activity. Interface trades earned more points than API trades, taker volume more than maker volume, and altcoin activity received a 2x multiplier. A user's share was the sum of their share of each season's pool.
After the points ended, users registered for the airdrop and could optionally pick a Multiplier Plan, deferring the first tranche to month four (2x plan) or month eight (4x plan) in exchange for a larger weighted share. The pool size did not change, so multipliers redistribute shares among participants.
- Season 1 closed on 22 September 2025; Season 2 used one point type.
- Registration closed on 6 August 2026; Multiplier selection closed on 17 July 2026.
- Use a self-custodial wallet; the official guide warns that exchange deposit addresses can cause permanent loss.
Sybil filtering, vesting and risks
GRVT states that every eligible user receives a full allocation, but that the pace of release depends on account activity. The team reviewed account activity at scale and adjusted release timing where patterns suggested activity designed to maximise allocation, such as multi-account activity or manufactured trading volume. So the Sybil filter acted on vesting speed, not on whether the allocation existed. Individual schedules were visible in the app from 30 July 2026.
Practical details matter. First tranches for users who registered before 17 July were sent automatically to the chosen destination; users who registered later claim manually in the Reward Portal. Later tranches must be claimed within 30 days or they expire. Withdrawals from the exchange go to Ethereum only, with a fee of about 2 USDT charged in GRVT, and exchange withdrawals take at least three hours. Moving GRVT between Ethereum and BSC uses the official bridge.
Risks include token price changes, the cost of leveraged trading and the chance of missing a claim window. The official bridge and portal addresses are on the grvt.io domain. Do not use any other site, never share your seed phrase, and treat direct messages offering help with claiming as scams.
What to take from this drop
GRVT shows how a two-season points design can feed one airdrop: a fixed pool, a share per season and a registration gate before any tokens are released. The registration gate is the main lesson. Participants who earned points but never registered lost the allocation, and the Help Center states there are no exceptions. Anyone participating in a similar drop should put registration and claim deadlines in a calendar.
The deferral option shows another trade-off. A longer wait raised the weighted share but delayed access to tokens, and the choice could not be changed afterwards. That is a decision about timing and risk tolerance, not a recommendation, and the official articles do not promise a price outcome.
We will update this page if GRVT announces further seasons or distributions.

GRVT airdrop questions
Is the GRVT airdrop still open?
Registration closed on 6 August 2026 at 00:00 UTC, and the official guide says unregistered allocations are forfeited. Registered users receive tranches over 12 months and must claim manual tranches within 30 days of each release.
How do I claim my GRVT airdrop?
Per the official guide, users who registered before 17 July 2026 received the first tranche automatically; others claim in the Reward Portal at grvt.io/exchange/reward-portal. Each later tranche must be claimed within 30 days.
How big is the GRVT airdrop pool?
The official TGE article states a fixed pool of 280,000,000 GRVT, split into 100,000,000 Season 1 shares and 180,000,000 Season 2 shares. Multiplier choices change each user's weighted share, not the pool size.
