What to do, in order
-
Step 1
Get a mainnet access code through the official TxFlow Discord, as the onboarding guide requires
-
Step 2
Connect at app.txflow.com with email login or a standard EOA wallet (the docs warn against account-abstraction wallets)
-
Step 3
Deposit native USDC from a supported network such as Arbitrum, Base, Ethereum, Polygon PoS or Solana
-
Step 4
Trade perpetual futures; spot trades and prediction markets do not earn Season 1 points
-
Step 5
Check weekly credits on the Points dashboard every Tuesday after each Monday-to-Monday epoch
Where things stand
TxFlow describes itself as an open layer 1 built around shared liquidity standards, with spot, perpetuals and prediction markets running as modules on the same chain. Its DEX offers a fully onchain order book with crypto, stock, FX and pre-IPO perpetuals. The project says it has no venture capital investors and no investor allocations. Mainnet is open to users with an access code, which the onboarding guide says can be obtained in the official Discord.
Points Season 1 started on October 12, 2026, with the first weekly drop scheduled for Tuesday, October 20, 2026, and weekly distributions concluding no later than Q1 2027. The points page was updated on October 12 after community feedback. Activity before Season 1 will be addressed in a separate announcement that had not been published in the docs we opened.
The Points Program Terms say points may be one of the factors considered for any future token distribution, and that details will be announced separately. That is a possibility, not a commitment, so we list TxFlow as potential. Before Season 1, the main reward was Fee Credits, platform vouchers that reimburse perp trading fees at $1 per credit.
How Season 1 points work
Each Monday-to-Monday UTC week is one epoch. The trader pool distributes 1,250,000 points per week, and your share reflects the overall quality of your trading compared with others that week. The docs list trading volume, open interest, trading activity over time, fees paid and TVL contribution as inputs, with both maker and taker trades counting. A minimum amount of genuine trading is required to qualify in an epoch.
The scoring is designed to limit how much the largest traders can take, and the docs state that spot trading, prediction markets, orders cancelled before filling, and simply depositing or holding a position on its own do not earn points. Exact weights and formulas are not published. A separate Growth Reserve of 488,000 points per month funds community campaigns and builder programs, with unused points rolling forward and any balance left at the end of Season 1 burned.
Points are non-transferable and stay with the wallet that earned them. TxFlow will not move points after theft or lost keys, so wallet security matters more than usual.
- 1,250,000 trader points per weekly epoch.
- Perps only; spot and prediction markets excluded in Season 1.
- Formula unpublished; a minimum level of genuine trading applies.
Anti-farming rules and risks
The Points Program Terms prohibit wash trading and self-matching, Sybil farming with multiple wallets, artificial volume, exploiting bugs, attempts to reverse-engineer scoring and market manipulation such as spoofing. Wallets clearly controlled by the same person may be treated as one user, and points tied to farming can be reduced, withheld or deducted retroactively. Repeated abuse can lead to exclusion from the program, although not from the platform.
Perp taker fees start at 0.045% and maker fees at 0.015% at the lowest volume tier, charged on both opening and closing. Because fees paid are one scoring input, points partly reflect money spent. The docs also warn that depositing from an account-abstraction wallet can permanently lock funds in the platform contract, and only native USDC on the listed networks is supported.
TxFlow publishes an official links page and states it will never DM users first asking for keys, seed phrases or signatures. Use only app.txflow.com and docs.txflow.com, and treat any TxFlow token sale or claim as fraudulent unless announced through those channels.
What to take from this drop
TxFlow has one of the more detailed points rulebooks in this group: fixed pool sizes, a stated end window, clear exclusions and written Sybil rules. Season 1 is also very new, so the first distribution has not happened yet as of this check.
Some practical details are easy to miss. Fee Credits apply only to perpetual trading fees, not to spot or other charges, and are consumed automatically on eligible trades. Email login creates a wallet through Privy, and the docs include a guide for exporting it. Only native USDC is accepted, and for direct deposits from an EVM wallet the docs list native USDC on Arbitrum and Polygon PoS, so check the network before sending. A wrong-network or account-abstraction deposit is a more likely loss than any points shortfall.
The weak point is the reward itself. A future token is described only as possible, with no supply, share or timing. Trade there if the product suits you, keep sizes within what you can afford to lose, and watch the docs for the pre-Season 1 announcement. We will update this page when TxFlow publishes it.
